Law Practitioner active in the traditional Luso-Brazilian community at courts in Rio de Janeiro. Bachelor in Law by the Santa Úrsula University. Brazilian and Portuguese citizen, son of Portuguese parents. He acts mainly in the legal areas of tributes, commerce, civil suits, family, orphans and estates.

Master of Science in Financial Accounting by the State University of Rio de Janeiro. Post-graduated in International Financial Transaction at the University of California, Davis School of Law. Post-graduated in Economy and Enterprise Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation. Bachelor in Law by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Bachelor in Accounting Sciences by Moraes Júnior College. Professor on Accounting Legal Advices at the Plínio Leite University Center. He is a legal advice provider since 1999 for processes in the enterprise, civil, orphan and estate areas at the District of the Capital of the State of Rio de Janeiro. He is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Anna Claudia Moraes is associated with Licks & Machado since June 2008. Bachelor in Law by the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UFF), and post-graduated in Criminal Law and Criminal Process at the Estácio de Sá University. She is fluent in English and has a good knowledge of French. Besides the international area, she is experienced in Civil Law and Family Law processes.

Rafael Perszel is associated with Licks & Machado since September 2008. Bachelor in Law by the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and is developing post-graduation studies in Financial Analyses at the Gama Filho University. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and understands French and Italian. Besides the international area, he is experienced in legal acting in the areas of Real Rights, Civil Responsibility, Telecommunications and Labor, and also as a Tributary Consultant.
